Lily Allen knows nothing about the struggle up and coming musicians go through. I know of no unsigned bands that make any real money selling cds at their gigs or from websites. If lucky and good enough they will have a manager or agency who will subsidise them on the basis that it will be paid back when they make it.
She has had her daddy to do this for her.
It really annoys me that she is quitting because she doesn't make any money when she was already a millionaire before she was born! REAL musicians do it for the love of the music they play NOT for the cash! Finally she's admitted that she is as shallow and pathetic as the lyrics in her songs! I could go on but its best I don't. Oh well, T4 here she comes!-
